The control and processes monitoring is a common task in industrial activity. The good performance of an company, a production line and quality of their products, are determined by a proper choice and configuration of process controllers, indicators and recording and data acquisition units.

Digital Displays
 
The PROind series includes digital indicators with dimensions 49x25mm and 96x48mm as standard. Fits a wide range of applications, whether on the level and temperature indication, as in instantaneous pressure and flow measurement, thus becoming a system component with other Delta Sensor instruments.

Process Controllers
 
The PROmoni series of digital process controllers are found segmented into various models to meet a wide range of applications, from simple to more dificult, showing in all great capacity of performance, flexibility and reliability. Available in several formats, up to two loops of control, a high number of inputs, outputs and control algorithms, digital and wireless infra-red communications.
 
  Technical Features
   
  • Up to 3 isolated universal inputs and with input slidewire option
  • For one or two loops of control. Can be used with internal control cascade
  • Ethernet Communications - This option uses Modbus TCP / IP to connect to other Ethernet networks, allowing users to monitor the process from almost anywhere
  • Setpoint programming - allows the introduction of 10 programs, each with four different PID, with activation from the front keys or remote digital input
  • Extended set of mathematical functions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, sum, average weight, dewpoint, relative humidity
  • Thermocouple's diagnostic option - In addition to the standard configuration of unscaled and failsafe, the condition of the thermocouple can be monitored to determine whether it's fit, or on the brink of failure
  • Infrared Interface - The interface provides an infrared wireless connection to the controller and maintains the integrity of NEMA 4X/IP66. You can duplicate the configuration of instruments, load or unload a new setting just a matter of seconds, simply by pointing your Pocket PC in the direction of the instrument

Digital Recorders
 
Digital recorders offer many advantages compared with traditional paper recorders, including reduced operating costs and improved reliability. The digital recorders can be connected to the LAN allowing access to data by multiple departments. With a touch-screen interface, the recorder displays graphic icons and text, making its use simple and intuitive. The data are stored in a secure digital format, eliminating interpolation errors that can arise in data analysis of a letter from a recording paper. With a digital recorder, data is easily exported to a spreadsheet program such as Excel, for a more extensive analysis.
 
  Technical Features
   
  • Support up to 48 Thermocouple, RTD, linear and resistive analog inputs. The combination of up to 48 digital inputs and outputs are available. Outputs can activate an alarm, switch or valve and the inputs can be used to initiate internal actions of the recorder. Up to 8 analog outputs can be used to relay process variables to another device, controller or PLC
  • Data can be stored on a Compact Flash card and / or USB removable storage medium. The inputs are assigned to pens which are independent and configurable logging rates from 20mseg to60h. The acquisition intervals are assigned to a second sampling rate, by the method of recording events. By use of fuzzy technique disk space required to store the data is significantly reduced
  • The digital recorders create data encryption, so they are only reproduced by trendManager software, thus ensuring a perfect integrity of the values. Traceability, password protection, usage restrictions are characteristics that meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11
  • Ethernet communication is standard on all products, allowing by use of the software Trendmanager data is accessible anywhere in the installation covered by the network
  • Digital Recorders Prodig X1P have a digital display, active matrix, high sharpness and brightness, allowing the user to view clearly and angles than other types of display does not allow. The screens can be customized to represent the best use of the needs and process
  • The Software Suite TrendManager has a set of tools that allow configuration, data analysis, graphing, archiving data, communication and real-time viewing, management of databases and customized graphical displays of the recorder
