NDC Infrared Engineering has developed and manufactures an extensive range of on-line Near Infrared measurement gauges each dedicated to a particular industry or application area.
Our moisture analyzers for the foods, building product, chemicals, minerals, pharmaceuticals and tobacco industries are to be found in many thousands of locations world-wide. Other real-time measurements offered include organic constituents such as adhesive and coatings on paper and polymer substrates.
All NDC Series 710e on-line gauges are application-engineered to specific customer requirements, ensuring rapid installation, ease of set-up and optimal connectivity, and feature Automatic Device Discovery to enable convenient network structures.

The MM710e is NDC Infrared Engineering’s 8th generation on-line analyzer for the Foods Industry. It has been developed to give highly accurate real-time measurements of Moisture, Fat or Oil and Protein. The MM710e makes a complete measurement every 7.5 milliseconds which means that on a moving conveyor transporting food products, optimum measurement resolution is achieved, enabling the user to use the MM710e measurement output in closed loop process control.

The MM710e has been engineered to measure even when there are changes to the process or ambient conditions such as Ambient lighting, Relative humidity,Product temperature and Product height fluctuation

CM710e Industrial Moisture Gauge
Automated Process Control based on real-time on-line moisture measurement delivers some of the most significant savings in industrial processing through the improved efficiency of drying processes. IG710e Moisture and Coatweight Gauge for Web processes
The NDC710 uses a patented detector system to achieve unrivalled stability and its superb signal to noise performance allows precise control of a process to the specification limit. The NDC710 is available in single and multi-component formats - a common configuration would be to measure both coat weight and moisture simultaneously. The NDC710 is capable of measuring a huge range of coatings, barrier layers, impregnations and organic or water based coatings on a wide range of plastic, paper, textile and nonwoven substrates. The sensor, with its high sensitivity and NIR selectivity, can measure thin coatings on thick substrates without the need for differential measurement.

TM710e Tobacco Gauge for Moisture, Nicotine and Sugars
The TM710e from NDC Infrared Engineering is the ultimate on-line tobacco gauge. Its abilities allow installation in almost any location in Tobacco Processing. As a moisture analyzer, it can measure the very low moistures of Expanded Tobacco, the intermediate moistures encountered in the Primary and the very high moistures found in Stem Preparation.
