Temperature measurement is the core business of Delta Sensor. Always with the aim of maintaining a austerity policy of production, ensuring product quality and reliability, Delta Sensor grouped the models of its temperature probes in series, each reflecting the requirements given function or industrial area and laboratory.

Regardless of the product series, this models allow customization without neutering, but allowing a good degree of flexibility to suit the varied conditions of installation and performance required in industrial and laboratory applications.

PROtemp Series

The PROtemp series includes assemblies with RTD or thermocouple sensors, with connection heads or transmission cable. Models with connection heads are available with replaceable internal element. Also available different process connections, threaded and flanged construction materials to the protective sheath, cables, head and temperature transmitters can adapt PROtemp Series probes to demanding process conditions.

EXtemp Series

The Extemp series includes assemblies mostly with thermocouple sensor type, with connection head or cable transmission. The components used in assemblies of these models are suitable for use in extreme temperature conditions that exist in the industries of glass, incineration or steel treatment plants.

HIGItemp Series

The HIGItemp series of assemblies includes RTD or thermocouple sensors mostly with heads, cables for signal transmission and compact models. Different configurations are available regarding hygienic process connections, with appropriate polishment the Series of probes HIGItemp can be suited to the demanding process conditions of food and beverage industries, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

QUIMItemp Series

The QUIMItemp series includes assemblies with sensors RTD or thermocouple connection approved heads for ATEX Ex d IIC areas 1/2/21/22. QUIMItemp Series models are available with replaceable internal element, threaded or flange process connections and temperature transmitters with analog output or digital communication can be adapted to the QUIMItemp Series to suit the demanding process conditions in the chemical and petrochemical industries.

AMBItemp Series

The models included in the AMBItemp series are designed to general-purpose temperature measurement applications in the areas of process and auxiliary systems, home automation, environmental and laboratory. They are available in a wide range of configurations, including models with cable signal transmission, connection heads or compact models. For application with immersion length, by outside or wall mounting.

The BPtemp series includes the scope of supply of Delta Sensor's thermowells, tailored to different sets of temperature probes. The EItemp series includes replaceable internal elements or inserts, used in the models in the PROtemp, HIGItemp and QUIMItemp series of probes. They are also compatible with models from other manufacturers. Delta Sensor also offers cables for signal transmission in CTtemp series.
